Please note that all prices online are displayed in Euros (€). All orders in Europe are charged taxes. Discount vouchers cannot be used on sale items.

All orders in The Netherlands, Europe and Internationally are shipped via PostNL. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email outlining your order and tracking information. For orders under €50, a tracking number will not be included.

If there is a unit or apartment number associated with you address, please include this information in your shipping information.

Order Processing

For all orders placed on, all orders will be fulfilled in the order that they are received. Please allow 1-9 days for order processing. Once the order has been processed we strive to have the package delivered in 2-3 business days for The Netherlands/Europe and 3-6 business days for International orders.

Please note, when international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws. The payment of these fees is the responsibility of the buyer.



All orders are eligible for a return/exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all hangtags attached. Within the 30 day time frame you can return your items without any given reason, unless one of the exceptions specified in Section 230p in Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code applies. 

If you would like to return or exchange your order, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line of “Return/Exchange-Your Name-Order Number”. Please include your order number, contact information, and reason for your return (if you choose to). Your e-mail must be sent within the 30 day time frame.

Return and exchange costs are at the expense of the customer, unless otherwise indicated by a Byborre customer service representative.
